Shopping for a mattress only, there was a wide range of types and price ranges, all clearly marked. Customer service personnel were knowledgeable, let me know they were available for any questions but not at all intrusive or pushy.

The store was clean and bright, with stock well laid out . The member of staff who served us was polite but not intrusive (I hate nothing more than being followed around when I want to browse !) . When we made our choice , the order was placed and delivery arranged to our satisfaction with a minimum of fuss .

The assist in store was lovely. She explained the different types of mattresses, gave us each a pillow & left us alone to browse. We didn't feel pressured into hurrying & she answered all our questions
