Very approachable staff, we were no pounced upon when we arrived but were allowed to browse and measure at our leisure. Dreams colleague also helped with measuring and advice when we asked for assistance. Checked our plans for bedroom furniture before we placed our order, re-checked before placing order. Also helped with bed choic. Very polite and attentive. Took not account all of our needs and requirements. A pleasurable shopping experienced we were not rushed in any way.

Walked in and started to have a look and Bradley came over and asked if he could help in any way and what we were looking for. Told him we needed two matresses and possibly the beds as well. He was so helpful and exceeded all expectations of service. He was knowledgable, patient and very courteous. Helped us to narrow down the options and then left us for a while to try them out. Offered us pillows to make test more realistic. Told us about the 40 night swap deal if any problems and even made us a cup of coffee. He knew when to leave us be and also when we needed more info and trimmed his customer service interventions perfectly. I don't know how old Bradley is but he appeared relatively young but his maturity, confidence and knowledge were clear to see. He is a credit to your company and has great potential for the future. I have now purchased four matresses and three beds from Dreams over the last two years and will definitely be back. Thank you again Bradley for the wonderful customer service we received on our visit.

staff were very helpful and their product knowledge was outstanding. After my partner and I proceeded to test many different mattresses the staff were still more than willing to inform us about the differences and would answer all our questions with clear and very understandable answers. We were even offered a cup of tea. How nice. The staff at your store in Gravesend are a credit to your company, In the way they present themselves and the customer service they deliver.
