The guy in store listened to our needs individually and gave us many options to try, we were not pressured at all into a sale or a specific product.

I have purchased several items over the years from dreams, Gravesend branch is really convenient to where I live. I always find the staff really helpful in fact the only time I've gone elsewhere is when I wanted a single bed head board and didn't want to watch t for one. In the past probably 7 years or so, I brought 2 beds & 3 mattresses.

We were greeted on entering the store, asked our preferences and then left to browse at our leisure and when summoned for help the staff came quickly and offered advice and help where needed. We never felt pressured at any time which was most appreciated, your salesman was genuinely pleasant and likeable. We made our decision and the formal paper work went like a dream. End result, two happy customers. Thank You.

James was highly knowledgeable on the products available in the store. He was empathetic to our needs and was honest as to what would be best for my back condition. I feel that I came away with a product that will hopefully suit my needs rather than a salesman earning commission. Well done James - Another happy customer!

We only went into store to browse but found the right divan/mattress quickly & easily with the assistance of the Sales person, Fran. Left store very confident that our new purchase will give great pleasure.

James, the staff member I spoke with and placed the order with, was very helpful. Initially he offered and gave help but then did not pester me when I spent ages trying beds out. When I needed help with things he was able to provide the information I needed in a friendly and relaxed way (ie not "pushy"). This was just right and allowed me to take my time to decide, without being hassled. Excellent knowledge and advice throughout. When I returned later to order, I spoke to another male member of staff, who offered help if I needed it but recognised that I had been speaking to James earlier, so explained that James was busy with another customer but that he would be free soon. I thought this showed an excellent team spirit as well as good customer service and if the staff do have any sorts of sales targets then they did not let these spoil my experience in the store.

I was on my phone when i walked into dreams,i wasnt interupted and when my call had finished within seconds i was approached by James he was fantastic,he wasnt pushy,the decision on finding my bed was down to me but with the help of James knowledge,i also had interaction with Fran fantastic lady,i hope their hard work doesnt go un-noticed.
