Good customer service and helpful staff

Store staff listened to requirements and told us of the best offers available and deals that we could do.

James was very helpful but also left us to browse the store on our own, plenty of beds to try & we didn't feel pressured to buy & the ordering process was very swift with friendly banter.

Tom was extremely helpful - gave us time to browse and was there when we needed him. He couldn't have been more helpful and understood our requirements.

My husband and I were not rushed, we were given time to really feel the comfort of each bed we tried. The assistant/manager was easily accessible when we needed him. No hassle when buying something this important is so impressive.

Very informative and extremely friendly staff. Would always go back to your Gravesend store. I only popped in to look at a bed but ended up ordering one.

We were immediately offered assistance on entry to the store. The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable and anticipated our requirements. The ordering process was easy and quick and availability and price were good.
