From the moment I entered the store until the time I left the sales assistant was very professional and attended my every need.

Served but Guy was very very helpful, sorted lots of things out for me, was able to answer all of the questions I threw at him without a problem.

The staff were friendly knowledgeable and efficient

I was served by John , I was buying a mattress for my mum. He was very helpful didn't rush my mum into making a choice. If everybody who served customers was as polite and helpful as he was shopping would be a better experience

We were reassured help and advice were there for us but we were left in peace to browse. When assistance was needed we were helped immediately. James at your Gravesend branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we left the store with a satisfied feeling of being given a really good deal.

The member of staff that served us was very knowledgable and not pushy about selling to us.

Friendly efficient service. Placing the order was undertaken quickly and efficiently so i wasn't waiting around a long time.

We were initially greeted by Thomas, who asked if we needed assistance and then left us to browse in our own time, when we had our selection he was able to talk through the features and benefits without being too pushy and then after we had taken long time to choose and were short of time he processed the transaction efficiently and answered any questions we had.

We were meet by friendly worker who listened and understood our needs and tlakes through a number of options.
