Dreams - Gravesend

This was the second time within 4 weeks we visited Dreams at Gravesend. The first occasion we spent a lot of time looking for the perfect bed and mattress for our main bedroom. On the first visit we were helped over two days by Frank, James and the Manager. Having got our new bed and mattress delivered and being so pleased with it we decid2s to buy the exact same bed for our spare room only with a different mattress. On our return visit the staff remembered us asked how we were getting on with our new bed and mattress and we're just so friendly. We were served by Frank again and she helped pick the perfect mattress for our spare room.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and helped immediately by an assistant. The assistant was not too pushy and allowed us the opportunity to discuss our purchase out of her hearing. We were offered a drink.

The two store staff who helped me (John and Fran) were both exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about both the products, and processes - I never felt once like they didn't 100% know what they were talking about. John showed and recommended me various different mattresses, based on what I said I liked in a bed, and encouraged me to take as long as I needed to make my decision. Fran, when I asked, talked me through all of the payment options, how they worked, what they would total for the 2 mattresses I was choosing between, and gave me her undivided attention. Whilst waiting for the Credit check to go through, she made me a coffee, and engaged in conversation with me, which was nice. She also had a gorgeous smile! I never once felt rushed, or like either of them didn't want to be helping me - probably the best customer service experience I've ever had!

Item was well described to us and all features and options etc. When we got round to placing order, process was quick and efficient.

Staff were very friendly & helpful especially James. Considering this is my first time of moving out from home, James made my experience of buying my mattress stress free and easy.
