We were given advice on where to find the type of bed we required and possible options. James was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He very quickly understood what we were looking for and guides us accoringly.

The store manager John made me feel like the only customer in the world. A temporary member of Christmas staff also made me feel welcome and at ease, gave me a hot chocolate and generally kept me engaged while we were waiting to use the computer terminal. I think his name was Brandon, it began with a "B". The store was well laid out and welcoming, not too cluttered, and it was easy to find what I wanted and to try it out. The prices were amazing and the delivery was available only two days after I placed the order on Boxing Day.

James was personable, knowledgable and very helpful - his advice and assistance with selecting a bed and placing my order were invaluable.

Very friendly and efficient. Have a daughter with special needs and we were dealt with really quickly so we didn't have to hang around.

The customer service given to us by the store manager and the rest of the team at the gravesend store was amazing they even held the product we wanted until we could find a method to take it home would highly recommend this store in the future and we'll defiantly be returning when needing a new bed

John, our assistant for the trip did a fantastic job. From the minute we entered the building we was greeted with a huge smile which made me feel welcomed. He asked if we required any help and took time to listen to what we wanted and did a brilliant job in explaining everything.
