Staff friendly and professional

Very helpful and cheerful sales colleague called James. Assisted with web information regarding comfort scale of mattress relative to how we sleep. Very patient, we were offered a drink whilst ordering our mattress. All staff friendly and helpful

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They guided to the products most suited to our needs and gave us sufficient alternatives to make an informed choice.

Got the item we was looking for and at a reasonable price

We ordered what we wanted, the TV was upgraded to a better model due to availability and the staff could not do enough to help and resolve problems.

Products were well displayed, very helpful and friendly staff. We were even offered a hot drink. Great service. Thanks.

When turned up to the shop was asked if needed any help then they would be their to help and let us have a look around were other shops don't leave you alone and try pushing you into a sale then when we asked fo help the man was very polite and helpful with all the questions we asked him and made my 2 and half year old very happy by letting her try out the beds as she is a very trobled sleeper

We normally find in this type of store the staff jump on you and are very pushy trying to sell you anything. Our sales person at your Gravesend branch (John) was excellent!!! His Knowledge was great and he was a pleasure to deal with 👍. Many thanks and Happy New Year!
