Dreams - Gravesend

We visited several companies in cloulding your store in Dartford and none where the quality we received in your Gravesend branch. We were welcomed and offered a drink on both occasions and all persons were very polite.

I looked at Dreams and other stores at found the staff to be very helpful so I returned to Dreams to place my order the staff were good

Upon entering the store we were greeted by friendly staff, we looked around then they offered to help us. I told him the bed i was after and he showed me straight away, very helpful and friendly. The whole process took no longer than 15 minutes. Efficient and to the point, yet very informative.

Hot chocolate & coffee were excellent. Friendly, attentive staff.

There were a large number of mattresses and bed related products to chose from. The Assistant who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite The deals available within the store were very competitive compared to other companies we had visited

The staff were friendly and helpful without being "pushy."

The service from Guy and the team at Gravesend was 100%, we tried a few other retailers first but once we had the Dreams Service, job done, Bed ordered.
