Great customer service very helpful and had a joke around with staff. Wasn't rushed but staff avible to help is when we needed it. Very knowledgeable and are throughly thrilled with our experience. We was on store for 2 hours ! Can't not wait for out new mattess to arrive next week! Thank 😀

The staff were most accommodating.....Fran, Guy and James could not have been more helpful or friendly. They all gave up their time after store closing to complete our order. Their product knowledgeably was sound and they were able to answer all our queries.

I wanted a guest bed within the week and the salesperson sourced one for me straight away. I had been to the other 2 bed shops nearby , but Dreams was by far the most attentive and helpful.

James and other colleagues at the Gravesend store were most helpful. Getting the balance right between showing an interest in the customer and being 'pushy' is often difficult. I used to be in retail myself, and understand how perplexing it can be. For every customer that complains about sales staff apparently looking disinterested by not approaching them the second they walk through the door, there is another that will complain if you ask if you can be of any assistance, even ten minutes after you've allowed them time to have an uninterrupted browse. However, that said, James seemed to manage it. We were very happy with the service we received from all members of staff, which is why we decided to make our purchase there.
