The member of staff was friendly and confident clearly knew the products and was not pushy by trying to sell me more than I required.

The staff listened to our needs and were only to pleased to help us select. We also were treated to the best cup of coffee ever. Nothing was to much trouble, overall a great shopping experience.

Fran at your Gravesend store is excellent. She is very knowledgeable about the products, and remembered that we had been in the store about 5 months previously, and she remembered which beds we had liked and which mattresses we preferred. Her advice was excellent, and the ordering process was smooth and fast.

I picked "highly satisfied" because it is true. The sales rep was very attentive. I felt he was highly knowledgable with Dreams line of products! He found exactly what it was that I wanted and was prompt about it. No funny business of pretending it couldn't be found in order to try to pressure sell me into something more expensive. I liked that. The item I bought looked lovely on the showroom floor. A real quality product and I felt I paid a fair price for it, especially with the discount! Unfortunately I don't know how the mattress fells since it was exclusively online, however I was shown similar products on the floor and felt that were made well. I also have a good feeling knowing that IF there is a problem, I can go back to Dreams and they will be there to sort whatever issue there are. The store was clean presentable and there was loads of floor models to see and try. All good as far as I'm concerned. I have no issue with telling anyone I know who is looking for a bed where I got mine and the deal I got with Dreams.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the assistants within the store; James and John (Gravesend Dreams) were very understanding about the needs of my Grandad and were helpful in offering suggestions to suit these needs. They provided friendly and welcoming services that made myself and my Grandad feel very comfortable.

It was just the whole experience, very friendly staff, I tried the mattress and they didn't stand there staring at me which put me more at ease while I tried my different sleeping positions, I was offered a hot drink or cold if I wanted and wasn't rushed at all. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Dreams.

The customer service was exceptional. James, our sales assistant, made us feel welcome immediately and catered to our every need in a manner that suggested that nothing was too much (he even moved mattresses to different frames to help us to make our decisions). We have never encountered such good customer service and we feel that he is a credit to dreams. We came in to look at a matress that we were considering buying at a later day, but due to James' outstanding customer service we decided to buy today. Our purchase today was purely thanks to James.
