Dreams - Gravesend

We visited the gravesend store where we were served by Frances - I had my two year old daughter with me (buying a bed for her at the time) and Frances was both patient and very very helpful without the usual pushy sales you sometimes find We left with everything that we needed and are already looking to go back for her advice on bedroom furniture

The store staff generally were clearly excellent, giving a very good atmosphere in the store, and James who personally served us had great product knowledge and helped steer us towards our decision without being pushy. A very intelligent young man who should go far.

Since I was timed out the last time I did this survey I will keep,it short. I paid two visits to the store and received excellent friendly , full advice both times I purchased a mattress. I would return to the Gravesend store again and went back to buy mattresses as I had previously bought a bed head and was very pleased with the service I received.

Both members or staff (james & his Male colleague) at the Gravesend store, were excellent and helpful they had a vast knowledge of the products and spent a lot of time and effort showing us different mattresses and beds etc even though the store was due to shut, we were even offered drinks to, amazing service from both gentlemen in this store and pleasure to do business with.

Kind personable staff who were not 'pushy' and had a good selection of products on display. I wasn't exposed to hard selling and was left to arrive at my own choice and then went to talk to the adviser. Altogether, quite a friendly experience.

James at the Gravesend store was very helpfull as i suffer with lower back pain and he recomended several matress options for me. He was very friendly and wasnt pushy in his approach which is a pleasant change. He is very good at his job. I would highly reccomend anyone to visit the store.

I was very impressed with both John and James they were both had extensive knowledge of the products and of the brands. John approached once I had time with my son to look around and view the products before approaching. I was told about how the Sherwood is a new line but there were some accessories draws that would be a great addition. These were purchased from the store with the Sherwood and other items. Upselling but not pressure selling at its best there. I was also very impressed with the attention to detail in the store having visual aids on what is within the product this is something for me that is a great aid to assist the sales staff. Overall a great experience and will return for a bed for my son in the coming months.
