The assistant we saw was very friendly and gace us lots of knowledge re the tempur bed

We found what we wanted at a price we could afford. The sales person, Fran, did an excellent job in helping us to satisfy our needs and took the time to tour the store showing us options. Indeed her questions and suggestions as well as her her quiet listening and understanding of what we were looking for meant that she was able gently to point us to better solutions for our plans than we had previously come to ourselves. She knew her salesmanship and she knew the products, and was not afraid to admit that she might need to make a phone call on the couple of questions she did not know the answer to.

I needed help and got it straight away, I did have a problem the last time I bought a bed , but that was nothing to do with the store staff, I was offered a lovely coffee and helped with my items by staff and manager

Gravesend store. Manager came over fairly quickly and asked if could help. Gave a good overview of products and where could find them. Next Fran came and found me after I had viewed a good number of items. Showed great knowledge of products, how things worked, what I might find suitable. Gave me time to try out mattresses. Explained pros and cons of my choices. Made me a drink, made a sale. Displayed a highly approachable and friendly manner - truly superb experience.

James the sales person was extremely polite, understood what we were looking for and showed us the right products to choose from. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction and had very good knowledge of the products.
