Dreams - Gravesend

Was served today by Michal Ferne, a very polite and helpful person with a friendly approach. We will definetly be back to dreams in the near future based on the service received by Michael and the rest of the team who were a great help at the Gravesend branch.

Friendly, approachable trainee member of staff who evidently had a really good knowledge of the products on display and other available items. The store manager was also on hand and gave his time to explain the benefits of certain products. Really happy with whole experience in-store and came away happy with the products that we chose.

Have shopped at dreams a couple of times in the past and have been very satisfied with service provided this visit was no less satisfactory. The politeness and friendliness of all the staff plus help with any enquiries could not have been better, also my husband is disabled and the staff were very helpful with any assistance he needed. All in all a very pleasant experience and highly recommend.

The staff we're both friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. They worked well as a team and the store manager was supportive. The staff worked with us to get a great deal. The experience was relaxed and the team clearly enjoyed working together.

Fran was very helpful. She understood what we were looking for and helped us to find the best product for that need. We also wanted to order a bed and mattress, the delivery time put us off however.
