The sales advisor was very informative and understanding of what we were looking for in a new bed. She was also very patient and interactive with our very active two year old. This was very helpful as we were then able to concentrate on both our daughter and purchase. The other staff in the store also looked very approachable and smiley.

The store assistant Michael was friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything fully and offered many purchase options.

We were looking for a high quality product of a specific type. The sales person was extremely helpful in identifying which products best suited our requirement and was particularly knowledgeable about the prooducts themselves.

We liked the fact that as soon as we walked in the door, we were approached immediately but without any pressure we were only looking at that time, on prices etc, and mentioned this so we were left to have a look around, he was available immediately when we had a question to ask and was then explained to us in great detail, he was so friendly, and we found a bed and price we were happy with and decided to go ahead and buy, in all so happy with the service and friendliness of the staff, we will be recommending to friends and family, thank you to your gravesend branch.
