From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and offered help, but not followed around like other stores! The guy (James) was very knowledgeable about the products and encouraged me to try out several beds. Once I had found one I liked, he made me a coffee and explained about the returns policy etc. We had a chat and some friendly banter.
