Your staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store in Gravesend was well laid out. Plenty of choice of quality beds and furniture. Happy to recommend Dreams to my family, friends and colleagues.

The staff were friend and very helpful , but not overpowering , the display in store was excellent and information provided was good. It was an easy decision on which products we bought , most of which we down to the experience and knowledge of dreams staff.

James and his colleagues at the Gravesend store were extremely welcoming and helpful. James remembered us on our second visit while we completed our purchase. The offer of Coffee while we concluding the transaction was a very welcome and nice touch.

Assistant very knowledgeable about the products required, recommended an alternative to the item I was looking to purchase, the firmness being better & with his knowledge & explanation I then went on to purchase the item. Assisted in all aspects expertly.

We were unsure what to buy, but Michael proved to be really knowledgeable, and helped us make the right choice. I think that the opportunity to change mattress if not satisfied within 40 nights is great, and, finally, it is a nice touch from you to offer refreshments.

On visiting the Gravesend store the assistant Fran, was extremely friendly and very helpful!! Took the time to help me find the right product!! Also the team at Gravesend was a great atmosphere, gd relationship between John the manager and his employees, an enjoyable hr while purchasing my bed!
