Dreams - Gravesend

I am the recipient of the mattress needed by my husband but my Daughter did the shopping. She stated that the lady who served her was extremely helpful. When I recieved the item so promptly this morning, Brad and Darren were polite, helpful, and friendly. They did a good job and were gone without delay. May I both compliment and thank all of your Staff for an excellent service.

I found perfect mattress for me !!!!!

Michael was the colleague who took our order. He greeted us in store, left us to look around and then was VERY helpful when we wanted to be helped. Took us round to the tempur mattresses - told us about the different types we could order as well as the pillows! can't complain - he also made us the best coffee when serving us! 10 out of 10

Went in only to look but decided to buy there and then. The assistant was an extremely nice and personable chap, and not in a salesey way. If i had 1 suggestion it would be to vary the music played in store. Drive me bonkers as the same song played over and over. Goodness knows what the staff must feel like!
