Sales Assistant Guy was a very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my concerns and questions. He was helpful in giving a full quotation and was not put out that I was not buying that day. I returned to the shop a week later where he remembered me and greeted in a friendly manner. Unfortunately price had gone up but he still managed to offer a great deal which I proceeded to purchase. I would definately recommend this store and will continue to purchase there when needed.

The assistant was very helpful in tracing a 4ft bed board of the required colour and arranged for me to collect it from your warehouse that day. It was ready for me to collect when I Arrived at the warehouse.

We had no idea which one was suited to our needs but the lovely salesperson in Dreams was the only one who gave us the advice we needed without being overly ‘sales driven ‘ she gave us space to try the products with no pressure. The moment we went into the store an assistant was with us but was in no way pushy. She listened to what we felt we wanted and showed us the relevant products. She was friendly and informative, very efficient but with no hint of any pressure selling tactics. Once we had considered the options she left us to decide if we wished to proceed with a purchase and when we went to the desk to say that we had made our choice we were offered refreshment, which we thought was a nice touch. We decided to take advantage of the buy now pay in nine months offer and the paperwork was done speedily and efficiently. The other staff were all very nice and friendly and the whole in-store experience was very pleasant. We also felt assured by the 40 day return offer should we not be comfortable with our choice as it is a big decision assessing a bed in a store - we will obviously need to sleep on it before we can be sure but with our assistant's help we are pretty certain that it will be a good decision.

Given initial information by a highly efficient and knowledgeable lady called Fran. Placed order later in the week with a gentleman who was equally efficient but whose name escapes me. Very impressed by the quality of the products and the range available. Would definitely recommend Dreams to others.
