Very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Francis gave a clean pillow in order to try any bed for comfort very efficient

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE PERSONS WHO HELPED ME, THE MEET AND GREET YOUNG MAN DID HIS BEST TO HELP ME AND WHEN THE ASSISTANT WAS FREE [GUY 130] HE WAS VERY HELPFULL AND POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS DISATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND VALUE BECAUSE WHEN I RETURNED HOME I FOUND THAT I COULD GET THE TEMPUR MATTRESS A LOT CHEAPER IN A SALE.

We needed a small double and we're delighted to have so much choice, our assistant Frances was so helpful and made the whole purchase experience very pleasant. It was also really nice to have a nice hot drink and chocolates whilst placing the order.

That sales assistant was Fran at Dream Beds Gravesend. Her knowledge of the Beds and the mattresses was excellent, with her attention to detail that made me feel comfortable & made it easy for me to decide what bed & mattresses to purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend dreams beds to any family member or friends.
