Dreams - Gravesend

i told the assistant what i wanted and he was able to steer me directly to what i wanted which saved me searching through store,which saved me time and effort .also assistant was very knowledgeable about products . i was not rushed or left to to browse alone but did not feel pressurised in any way, and assistant was interested in my stories about previous purchases and the pitfalls one could encounter,

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products they were selling. Although very attentive, we did not feel we were being pressurised into making a purchase at any time by the staff members. When trying the different mattresses and discussing our choices, the members of staff who were assisting us, discretely left us to make our final decision.

It was the third shop we visited in an hour and the way the salesperson behaved towards us eclipsed the other stores. She pointed out what you get on the different priced items and the difference in the quality. We were not rushed and we left the shop to discuss in private all the items we had seen all day but returned to Dreams to buy our items. If the quality of the salesperson was poor we would have gone elsewhere.

The two members of staff were very helpful and tried there best to stay in our budget

the staff where friendly and helpful especially the meet and greet person.

Guy the salesman who looked after my wife and i explained in detail the colour code of the cushions in relation to the cost which we found very helpful his knowledge was impressive

The lady assistant was very helpful throughout our visit. She approached us at the beginning and was very helpful in finding out what we were looking for and pointing us in the right direction. She left us to browse and then offered us a drink. She came over to us again once she noticed that we had made our decision and was ready to take our order.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and had a very good customers service manner. Very approachable and great communication skills. Highly professional service
