Thoughtful and kind staff, who were all friendly and informative yet not pushy or intrusive.

I had viewed the bunk beds online but wanted to come in store to look at it and make sure I was ordering the correct mattresses. The beds were in store and I was able to bounce on a few mattresses. The assistant was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside was no exact delivery date.

Lady was very helpful. Asked if we needed any help and explained things to us about colour Cicinho on types of mattress. Wasn't to pushie but explained what we needed. Was looking around but came back to the store. Had to wait a few minutes to order as busy on computer but made us a coffee. Overal explained everything about delivery. Just waiting now for delivery.

Michael was very friendly and helpful and did not rush me into making a decision, taking time to show me the various options. The cup of coffee was much appreciated. Very happy and looking forward to taking delivery of my bed next week, which is much sooner than I had expected when I went into the store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; helpful but not "pushy." After establishing what we were looking for, they indicated to us where the appropriate products were, how they were colour-coded, etc. but then gave us time and privacy to consider our options. but attended to us immediately when we indicated we had a question or needed further assistance.

Found the Francis very helpful, she explained the various types of mattress very clearly. She made the whole family feel very welcome

the salesperson was very helpful and proffessional in the way she handled our sale and the price and i think that was what convinced us in buying the products
