Dreams - Gravesend

I visited the Gravesend store on Sunday 11th Feb. After a few minutes a sales assistant approached me to offer help. He was extremely polite and knew a lot about the different types of mattresses. He was happy to spend time answering my questions and helping me but I didn't feel pressured into buying. Later on in my visit I was approached by the manager who, again, was very polite, very knowledgeable and helped me with my choice. Very professional and friendly staff

Huge store with all the beds I wanted to see on show. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful and were great with my children (who loved the hot chocolates!!). Thank you!

I explained what we were looking for, and Michael went straight to the product we required. He didn't push for a sale but was extremely helpful.
