John the store manager helped us personally, he was very friendly and understanding and not at all pushy, it felt like he actually wanted to help us find what was right for us, not just make a sale, which can be off putting in some large stores. He was very good with product knowledge and recommendations.

The sales consultant was highly knowledgeable with regard to our needs and wants.He listened to our requirements before guiding us to the specific products that were suitable.He didn't show us just the dearest but pointed out all relevant products across the whole price range.All in all he was excellent in his mannerisms and he was "ultra-polite"

Warmly welcomed by John and Amanda, with a lovely cup of coffee. This is the third bed purchased in the last 18 months and I would never go anywhere else. Excellent staff and products.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I was greeted when I entered the store and they quickly found the mattress I wanted. They also assisted me with the transportation of the mattress and were a great help.

I had within the last 2years purchased a firm bed from Dreams(believing firm is always best) but am still experiencing aches&pains.SA Michael suggested I try their best selling mattress first(Wakefield)a combination mattress.It seemed a shame to get rid of my old one so soon so wondered if I could try a memory foam bed topper to get the same effect as the Wakefield.Michael suggested trying a Gel topper as he uses one himself.After trying the topper on a firm bed like mine it turned out that the Wakefield still felt instantly better and was suggested that perhaps my old mattress is just too firm.Michael was more than happy to retrieve a new topper to try despite obviously risking the sale of a new mattress.As it turned out I bought the mattress anyway,just can't wait to have it delivered and hope it's the end of my troubles...after all one shouldn't be waking up each morning with aches.

Excellent help from fran in the gravesend store. She was helpful and available without pestering us and gave us plenty of advice and then let us get on with choosing our mattress. The process of the purchase, delivery date and organising the finance was swift and painless.

Both Michael and Guy who served us, were extremely helpful and very patient whilst we chose our bed and mattress. Likewise the delivery men this morning were very nice and efficient.
