I saw the store manager, I told him exactly what I wanted, and he showed me the options available in my price range. I then visited two other retailers on the retail park, returned to your store and placed my order. The two members of staff were very friendly and efficient. The coffee was nice too!

All of the staff were very friendly and let me look around without hassling or pressuring me into anything. The lady that served me was very patient while I laid on different mattresses before making my decision. The manager showed me his mattress and advised too. Brilliant customer service! Thank you all

We were very pleased with the service we received; Michael, John and Guy were all very helpful. The bed and mattress we purchase is great quality and great value for money, plus we recieved pillows and a new duvet which was a bonus.

Guy was so informative about the Tempur brand, shared his own experience and recommendation, which we actually went for the same one! We were treated so well, felt like we were having coffee and chatting with a friend. Everything was clearly explained and we had all the details and answered we needed. Very happy indeed!

we were offered help from the start and when we were unsure of what to have we were not pressured into buying the dearest and never at any time did we feel that we were taking up too much of the assistant time .Michael the assistant could not have been more helpful and he made shopping fun as he matched our sense of humour.We were offered tea or coffee from the beginning and a lovely mug of coffee it was.Shopping here was great

When we walked in the store we were greeted by Guy who was very helpful and showed us various beds and mattresses as we were not sure what we wanted. Once we were happy with what we wanted but we were not sure if the bed we wanted would fit in the bedroom, so we came home, did our measurements and went back to the store and Guy and all other staff helped us to make our minds up to buy the right bed for us. Once again Guy and ALL the staff were very helpful and did provide us with tea/coffee.
