Dreams - Gravesend

Greeted on arrival and left to browse the store. Once identified what we were looking for, assistant was very helpful in providing more information on each of the products - giving us a better opportunity to make a final decision. At the point of processing the order, I was taken thru exactly all the elements on the order all which were fully explained. Nothing was hidden.

Michael the sales assistant was very helpful and polite. Explained everything to us about different mattresses and helped us make our choice.

Salesperson knowledgeable, friendly and not too pressing.

We visited the shop and were immediately helped out by a member of you staff. She was very friendly and helpful. At the end write up a quote in case we wanted to order later. I called up the next day and she remembered us and placed the order quickly. Just had it delivered yesterday on the hottest day of the year so far and the guys were lovely and helpful. Even took the bed upstairs for me.

The two staff who served us were excellent. John and Guy were brilliant. They took the time to listen to our requirements and showed us products that they believed met our needs. They were polite, friendly and professional. We had our children with us and the day was very hot. John gave us some water and was kind enough to suggest that our kids watched one of the tvs in the store while we made out choices. Both John and Guy were able to answer all of our questions. All in all both John and Guy were awesome.
