Store code :130 The staff member Micheal was very friendly and helpful. He did tried to understand what we were looking for and help us find the same. He is a very polite and happy person. The store manager John was equally excellent he also helped us find the right thing and did made us feel very comfortable. This was our second visit to thegravesend store This time we are very happy and satisfied.

The three gentlemen were absolutely brilliant. They saw we had two young boys and helped us out with what we were looking for providing us with suitable options and giving us the choice in a caring way. They didn’t push us into making a decision which gave us confidence they were helping us with our needs rather than their own. Their names were Michael, John and Guy.

The service given by your colleague was excellent. His nature and his knowledge was brilliant, helped me get exactly what i wanted.

The salesman was very helpful when help was needed but was not pushy. We didn't feel rushed.

I was given the freedom to explore at my own pace after being welcomed into the store by Michael and with the offer of his assistance should I wish for it at any point during my visit. When I did ask for his assistance Michael was knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to consider the options available to me, allowing me to try bed after bed and answering all my questions in a friendly manner. It was the good service that made me buy my bed at Dreams as I could have purchased similar bed/mattress at a different store for a similar price.

Allowed to take our time but help if needed

Friendly store manager assisted us from the moment we walked in the store, it was an extremely hot day and he gave us some water and offered us a coffee. Great service.
