Store layout was welcoming with plenty of space to test and view products. Staff were very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.

Very knowledgable staff and they seemed to genuinely care about us finding the perfect mattress. Didn't feel hurried or pressured at all. John and Amanda were especially helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what i was looking for and did not rip me off by trying to sell me products more expensive. That man that served me was called Guy and was a very helpful man.

I firstly went to bensons for beds and was quoted a lot more for a lesser mattress and the staff in dreams especially Frances was very polite and helpful and spent a lot of time we me and gave me a lot of options and beat benson quote and a better item I would highly recommend visiting the gravesend store to my friends and family

The salesman was extremely patient and helpful and understood what we were looking for , he gave us time on our own but was there if we wanted information and didn’t try to persuade us to buy something we didn’t want. We bought a mattress on our first visit then went back the following day to buy an ottoman base. If the delivery is as good and no problems with the items then we will be very happy.

We went in on the last day of the sale, had a bit of a wander around, found a bed we liked and went straight downstairs and ordered it. We were probably only in the shop for about half an hour, all very efficient. There was no fuss at all - Fran was very friendly and seemed to know the products well. Arranged delivery on a day we had already booked off work so it worked out quite well.

The in-store staff were very friendly and helpful, and I felt under no pressure at all to make a choice. I was particularly happy with the three delightful young men who delivered my mattress and collected the old mattress - in and out in probably no more than five minutes. As an 80 year old with spinal problems, it has overall been a very comfortable experience, literally as well as figuratively.
