I was in and out in a good amount of time. The technicians were friendly and professional, and recommended an extra service without being pushy. I also very much appreciate the coffee in the waiting area!

I went in for an oil change and to have a noise checked, which I described as a squealing when I turned the wheel. They told me they didn't hear it, and I said it got worse when it was really cold or wet. They said that was a belt noise, and I needed two replaced. Since I recently had one of those two replaced already, they warranteed the one belt. Thankfully I had a coupon for service and didn't have to pay full price. However, as I pulled out of the parking lot, I still heard the squealing. I had to go to work and didn't have time to go back in. It hasn't stopped the last 2 days, so apparently has nothing to do with the belts. I don't know if that noise just stopped for the two hours I was there, but I'm going to take it to a different mechanic since they couldn't figure it out. I did get my oil change, the early morning belt noise did stop, and I got out of there in the time promised, so I wasn't totally dissatisfied, just wish I could have identified and addressed all the issues at the same time.
