We originally came to this Firestone because it was a convenient location we were headed to for other business. we called ahead and asked how long it would take to have our oil change and tire rotation done and they told us that if we arrived in the next 10 to 15 minutes it would take about 45 to an hour to do what we need done. Once we arrived there and drop the car off within the 15 minute limit, they then told us that it will be one and a half hours to two hours NOT 1 and basically when we came back during that timeframe they gave us we still had to wait another 35 minutes and then they told us 20minutes more after that...... I'm just wondering why did I even call and why did they tell us to come at a specific time?!?! horrible horrible horrible..... I am never going to this place again!
