Dropped cars off from my job

Had work done in my A/C back in June for $400 & now it's not working properly again & now Firestone is telling me I need a whole new A/C system! This after they charged me $400 for what was supposedly fix a couple months ago in June 2015! This is crazy! I'm thinking of contacting Corp Office about this! Totally dissatisfied! I've had an acct with Firestone for a decade & now thinking of canceling it!
