My appointment was at noon, I even got there early but it didn't matter a bit because they didn't start on my service till 12:30. Sitting there for over 2 hours wasn't how I planned to spend my day. Also as soon as I left the car started making a bad noise. I immediately took it back and the manager got in the car for a ride. He heard the noise. He took it into a bay and had it "looked over" and then came back and told me nothing is wrong. Hmmm. The noise mysteriously disappeared.
