Good rates for quality rooms

My bathroom was filthy with long happy black hair all over the tub. The linens on the bed also had black hairs, and didn't appear to be changed from the previous guest. I had to get away for a few days but this hotel was a joke. In addition, it looked like an Asian invasion this week for some kind of tourist thing. They are so rude, leaving trash everywhere and acting like they own the place. I know it's not technically the staff's fault but it really was the cherry on top of the worst hotel stay ever. Never again will I visit an econolodge.

In the first room I was given, the industrial toilet took 4 flushes to flush toilet paper. I was given a second room. As soon as we walked in you could hear running water, went in to the bathroom to see water streaming out of the bathtub faucet. I went back and was given a third room, which shared the bathroom wall with the room with the running faucet. I was very upset. I could hear that someone entered the previous room and was attempting to repair the running faucet. So I figured I would see if it was going to be repaired. We left to go and spend time doing what we had planned. We came back and could hear the water had stopped running. So we decided to stay. After a while I went to take a shower only to find out there WAS NO HOT WATER, not even in the bathroom sink. I will also note that everywhere we walked in the hotel and stained and dirty looking carpet even in our room. Heaters were all bent up and the temperature control knob and some buttons were missing from our AC/heater unit in our room. We decided to leave at 2:30 AM and drive home 2 1/2 hrs to Syracuse from Buffalo. When I turned in my keys at the front desk and told the front desk person how disappointed I was with my experience, even though I did not ask for money back because it was booked through Orbitz he just kept saying that it was a prepaid room and gave me the managers card and said I'd have to call. No apology at all.
