Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had to wait quite a while but they were very busy. The staff is always friendly.

Picking up a car. The people are always very friendly at this location. Their computers were running very slowly though.

Dropped off the car I borrowed for a business trip. Had to wait to be served but it was ok.

I had to choose enterprise because that is who has our state contract. It was quick to get checked in but took forever to get the car. I made a reservation for a certain time... They should have had the car ready when I arrived, not started on cleaning a car when I arrived

I had an appointment at 11 and didn't end up leaving until almost 12. They are always so friendly but the wait is too long

They took a little long because they couldn't find my reservation.
