The water pressure in the shower was painful. It was the most pressure I have ever experienced.

My husband is a travel agent and he had requested the room we have gotten before months in advance and did not receive it when we got there. Also there was mold growing around the edge of the tub.

room was very hot. even after temperature was changed to 70°. there was bodily hair on sheets that were not mine and well as in the 'clean towels'. the water could never decide to be warm. it would always switch out to being hot then cold.

No wifi til after 10pm, no hot water, barely warm, never again
