Picking up the car was ridiculous. One counter was for Gold members only which had 3 clerks and zero customers. The main counter was for all other customers. Our counter had 1 clerk with 5 of us in line. So we watched the 3 clerks plus 2 others walking around chatting with each other as we stood in line. That's the most waste of time for everyone. My car had a beer can & other trash under the seat. The return was fast the return shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.
