The Westin Chicago Northwest

The hotel is beautiful, clean, great staff, great food, and THE comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Oh...and the bartender makes a great Lemon Drop Martini.

Great stay!

Clean room, friendly staff. Gift shop is overpriced which is disappointing.

Sheila's is a wonderful high-end restaurant. Excellent food, wine, and all the time you'd like to enjoy the evening.

Overall the hotel was great but the buffet breakfast was horrible. $15 for eggs bacon and potatoes....no pancakes, waffles or French toast. Had free breakfast at the last hotel and was way better.

Great atmosphere & showers. Carpet needs replacing in the hallways on floors 3 & 7

I think this hotel needs an update. The carpet is heavily stained. Maid service never came and the standard of cleaning is not very high. The light switches were dirty...I had to clean them with washcloths. The space by the cords by the bed had garbage in them. I love Westins but I hope this one gets a makeover
