The Westin Lombard Yorktown Center

Great hotel. I was welcomed upon my arrival and was tested with courtesy and respect during my entire stay. I would recommend DNS this hotel to anybody

Excellent service and comfort. Quite limited amenities compared to a normal Westin: no coffee kiosk or spa, for example. Restaurant selection was above average, although the bar was extremely noisy. Breakfast options are quite disappointing. Generally friendly staff, although front desk people tend to be overly formal and stiff. The hotel provided terrible, embarrassingly bad food for the conference.
