All went well! No complaints :)

The parking garage was crazy. Took forever to get out of it. Otherwise, loved the hotel.

Clean and nice

Even after verifying that my agency credit card and tax exempt notice were on file, they charged my personal card instead. The next morning, the agency called to clarify and the front desk said everything was fine, on the day I was checking out, no receipt was under my door. When u went to the front desk to get my receipt, it still had taxes on it. She fixed that but then would not take off the taxes for the parking because "that isn't included." What??? Now another call from our agency. When it was all said and done, they had evidentially put me in someone else's room with s totally different name, address and city. Either way, I enjoyed her room.

Need way more carts and helpful bellmen.

Nice stay. AC didn't work at first but maintenance came and fixed it.
