The employee inside the station was talking on her cell phone while stocking donuts. Meanwhile, I, along with 3 other customers walked into the station and she did't manage to notice any of us coming in. We all stood in line as she continued talking on her cell phone. I finally had to walk up to her to tell her we all wanted to pay for our stuff. She finally walked to the register to ring us up. Isn't it an unwritten rule that employees should NOT be on their personal phones while at work?? Customer service 101.
