Walked in and waited around 5 minutes watching the lady work behind the counter but she never acknowledged that I was on the tiger dude of the counter. When she finally Dud and we gave her our name and information she very rudely said that she didn't have the room we booked, 1 king bed, and we r would have to take 2 queen beds. She then told us that she didn't make any money when we book with Orbitz so next time call the office to book.
