The car was wet when they handed it over and the attendant was rude about looking it over for any flaws, making me nervous about leaving. The driver who got us was nice and made up for the shortness

Fat clown woman rudely called at exactly the time I told them I'd be there, I was pulling in the lot. I didn't answer, so she left an evil message, stating her driving was there and where was I. I walked in to find that there was not a driver there. I proceed to wait in miserable office lobby with out music or television to district from the noise of goofy white hunchback employee's personal phone call he had on main lobby phone for 20 minutes. The driver finally arrived and no one ever apologized. Worst customer service ever!!!!!
