Staff is always great

I have to use Enterprise for business reasons but they are always friendly & professional. Their speed is somewhat lacking but this time around they nailed it!

The gang at Enterprise is always friendly. They're as slow as molasses but friendly.

I use the same Enterprise each time & the guy knows me by name. Service was as good as usual but, this time my car smelled of smoke which I HATE!

I love the Enterprise that I go to through my job. Everyone except the manager is very nice. HOWEVER, they are very slow when it comes to picking up a car. They are so slow that I've started picking up my car after work & taking it over night; this way I can leave my job the next day whenever I want

My car is getting fixed & Enterprise is the car rental place I was assigned to. Since I rent cars for work, I'm used to the service & know what to expect.

While the staff at my local Enterprise is always friendly & courteous, they're extremely slow & I can never just get in & out. Also, the last 2 cars I've had have smelled like cigarettes & no one seems to smell the oder except me

Enterprise 9th needs to pick up the pace.
