I was really upset about me prepaying for 20. Of gas and ingot distracted on Thursday and I called and let them KNKW that I drove off without pumping my gas that I paid cash for but I got a new soeedway rewards card and although I didn't see my receipt for my entire purchase in the bag, I seen receipt for the transaction for the points and new card scares. I was told since I paid cash for my gas that I couldn't get my money or gas I clearly paid for but didn't receive. I became very upset over the phone and I've had an emergency with my mother with whom Im staying in the hospital with and I've been diagnosed with shingles. This is why I've not been able to come into the store personally. Surely since the stores have caneras they can see I didn't get my gas. What do you suggest?
