Visited just to get ice. After I purchased it I went out to get it and the machine must have quit working at some point and started back but everything in the ice box was frozen into one solid block. The owner apologized and went to the back room of the store and came out with a huge bag of ice from his drink machine I think. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and some extra. Great store
