Overall, great visit. I would like to see more variety of games.

messy at times

My kids love chuckecheese I just don't take them that often cause it seems like they are always understaffed and the bathrooms always smell the salad bar is super messy and half of the bowls are empty. You can never find employees to help you. I have tried a lot of different locations and the issues are the same.

Machines stole my tokens and part of the machines didn't give tickets. Pizza was almost burnt

Dirty bathroom and the games kept freezing and a lot of games weren't working
