It was fine, just wish the room was a bit cleaner

This hotel has been a huge disappointment from a dirty room to having the air conditioner leak all over the floor. The handicap chair lift for the pool was not even put together for my mom to use. When asked to use it the guy at the desk had no clue what to do.

What an awful experience! The room we were given was not clean! The air conditioner had leaked water all over one side of the room. When we told the staff about it, they said "okay." That was it. We never heard anything again. The room ended up smelling misty by morning. The towels weren't filled and there was a dirty washcloth in the entryway. Also the chairlift for the pool did not work. My mother is handicapped and could not swim with us. I highly do NOT recommend!
