Their prices are too high. The availability of merchandise is the limited. I would suggest Promotional items to attract more customers. I'm example of this would be selling cigarettes at state minimum. This at least gets customers in the door a secret that Wawa knows.

Reduce prices, train your employees to pay attention to customers, The cashier didn't know how to use a manufacturer's coupon !
