There was a sign posted on the pizza case stating but 2slices and get a free. 32oz drink. There were no 32 oz drink cups at the fountain, only 44oz & 52 oz. I asked the cook if they had any 32oz cups, and he said he would look. The cashier said they were out, and some were to be brought over from another store, but they were out. So I asked him how they would honor the offer for the free 32oz fountain drink. He said we can't. I told him well, I was only going to buy one slice of pizza but I went ahead and grabbed two because of the free soda. He said I'm sorry. I asked if he could give the next size up, or subtract the price of the 32 oz from the next size up, and charge me the difference. He said sorry , I can't. I told him that type if advertising is called bait & switch, and it's illegal. He had no response. Associates should be trained on how to handle such a situation. I would have asked jm to phone a manager, but I was in a hurry to the hospital.
