My only complaint is that a lot of the ticket counters didn't work

I was dissatisfied they told me it would take 15 mins to get my food but it took and I had to go to the counter and get my own pizza no one told me it would take longer and when I got my pizza it was cold

Good place for kids to play different games and have fun. Suggest going early to avoid crowds

I was not happy that there were no paper towels in the bathroom and that there as no Chuckie that came out to visit

Nice place for a party or just a family night out

Larger space is needed

The place was dirty and MANY machines were not working!

I took my son to chuck e cheese for some fun in the summer. I guess he had a decent time. I wasn't happy with the food. The pizza is so awful!! I paid $27 for a pizza and 2 drinks and cinnamon sticks. Pizza was awful!!! Half the games were out of order which was very frustrating. The teenagers at the prize counter and entrance are very rude. They would rather talk to their coworkers about personal issues they shouldn't a then tend to their customers. Chuck e cheese customers is poor and food is awful!! Only thing they have going is low price arcade games.

About 1/3 of the games were out of order. Long to get the prizes was too long! Only one person available. I stood in line with my child for about 15-20 minutes. Pizza isn't good either.

I'm not impressed with the taste of the food. Being this is kids place, people are not very friendly !! Bad thing is there aren't too many kid places /arcades so I probably go back. I think they know parents will still come back since there aren't any other kid arcades so that's why they provide poor service and food. :-(
